At Bath Giant, we’re proud to offer a 1-year manufacturer warranty on all products purchased directly from us.

What’s Covered

Our 1-year manufacturer warranty covers defects in materials for products bought from us. If your product encounters a fault due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we’ll, at our discretion, either repair or replace the item, or provide a refund.

If a replacement is needed but the identical product is no longer available, we reserve the right to offer a replacement of similar function or value.

Furniture Installation & Care

To keep your bathroom furniture looking and performing its best, we recommend following these care guidelines:

  • Wooden Products: Wood can be sensitive to water damage. Be sure to wipe up any spills or splashes right away. We recommend using high-quality silicone sealant or varnish on exposed surfaces and ensuring silicone seals between basins, units, worktops, joints, and plinths. When placing furniture in smaller shower rooms, try to minimize water exposure.
  • General Maintenance: Regular care, including proper ventilation, helps prevent water damage. To control excess moisture, we suggest installing extractor fans in your bathroom.

Brassware Care & Cleaning

To keep your brassware in top condition, follow these cleaning recommendations:

  • Cleaning Recommendations: Avoid abrasive sponges, cleaning agents with abrasives, solvents, acids, limescale removers, or household vinegar for cleaning. These products can damage the finish of your brassware.
  • Routine Cleaning: Use a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge with mild soapy water to clean your brassware. After cleaning, dry thoroughly with a soft, dry cloth to avoid water spots and mineral deposits.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Misuse or abuse of the product
  • Commercial or industrial use
  • Improper installation or failure to follow the provided instructions, good plumbing practices, or applicable legislation
  • Damage to wooden furniture caused by standing water or poor ventilation
  • Wear-and-tear items (e.g., rubber seals, ceramic disc valves, mixer cartridges, thermostatic valves)
  • Damage from hard or aggressive water supplies
  • Labour costs or any indirect damages or losses
  • Products used outside the UK and ROI

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser or end user. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  • For products within 1 year of purchase: Please email web@bathgiant.com or send us a letter. If the issue is covered by our warranty, we will help you to arrange a repair or replacement.
  • For products older than 1 year: Contact the manufacturer directly with proof of purchase. If you need details about the manufacturer, please reach out to us for assistance.

Important Notes

  • The 1-year warranty is valid only within the UK and ROI.
  • This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under Scottish consumer protection law.

Thank you for choosing Bath Giant. If you have any questions about our warranty or need assistance, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
