Returns Policy

At Bath Giant, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not happy with your order, we are happy to assist you with a return in compliance with UK and Scottish law.

1. Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013), you have the right to cancel your order and return items within 14 days of receiving your goods, for a full refund. This right applies to all UK and Scottish customers.

2. Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods to inform us of your intent to return.
  • The return must be completed within 14 days from notifying us of your intention to return the item.

Please Note: Certain items, such as bespoke, custom-made, or hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., certain bathroom accessories), may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty.

3. Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at web@bathgiant.com or call 0141 406 3914 within 14 days of receipt to initiate your return.
  2. Return Confirmation: We will send you a confirmation and instructions for returning the item.
  3. Pack the Item: Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
  4. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange for the item to be returned at no additional cost to you, and we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

6. Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Custom or made-to-order products (unless faulty)
  • Hygiene products (e.g., toilet seats) if unsealed
  • Gift cards and vouchers

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges for items. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.

8. Consumer Rights

This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK and Scottish law. You are entitled to additional protections and remedies, such as the right to claim for faulty goods under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
